MANAGERS - If you are interested in managing a Spring team please complete the Request to Manage Form and mail it to the Player Agent.

 - New players must attach a copy of their birth certificate to the Registration Form.

 - Please send in the Medical Release form with your Registration form.

 - Most of the League and Team correspondence is done through email.  Please make sure your
